By day, Morley Ivers is DailyFeats’ mild-mannered Chief Operations Officer, quietly building their innovative rewards program and politely developing market-leading partnership strategies from behind a seemingly unnecessary pair of spectacles and a genteel Canadian affectation. DailyFeats is the mobile and online positive action platform where people share and earn rewards for their positive actions — their feats. DailyFeats members collect points for feats that benefit the body, mind, home and community. They share those feats with their families and the people who matter most to them; and redeem their points for rewards from over 129,000 local vendors — as well as sponsored rewards from an expanding coalition of national brand partners who want to associate themselves with people doing good while enjoying the measurable benefits associated with member redemptions. No one at DailyFeats is quite sure what Morley does at night or why crime rates near their New York office have recently plummeted, but they choose not to over-think it.

Morley joined DailyFeats after leading the Rewards Team, as Chief Rewards Officer, of venture-backed RecycleBank, where he is credited for developing the strategy and executing the model that brought a global network of over 3000 reward partners together driving revenue, loyalty, and market share shift while encouraging members to engage in positive environmental actions. At RecycleBank Morley accepted Colloquy’s 2010 Loyalty Marketing Innovation Award, and always seemed to disappear from office conversation just before the dramatic foiling of a nearby bank heist or villainous plot. He has also served as GM for Air Incentives, VP of Business Strategy for Points International, CEO and Co-Founder of American Family Safety, and more.

Morley is a Dean’s Honor List graduate of The Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario. Morley was born and raised in Toronto, Canada and relocated his family to New York so that he could apply his passion for loyalty and reward programs to better the world for Celeste, Hudson and Spencer, his wife and young sons.
