Dr. Charlene Quinn is an Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland Medical School. A former White House Fellow, senior Federal executive and Board member of a NYSE listed health care company, she has extensive government, business and research experience in health services policy, gerontology and health delivery technologies. In recent years, she has focused her research and clinical trial work on the use and development of mobile health to enhance the management of diabetes and other chronic diseases, working closely with NIH, the VA, insurers and the private sector.
