You’ll find information on this page to help you arrive at the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center, which is located at 326 Galvez Street, at the intersection of Campus Drive and Galvez Street.
Directions
From Highway 101 North & South
1. Take the EMBARCADERO RD/OREGON EXPWY exit west toward Stanford
2. As you enter Stanford EMBARCADERO RD becomes GALVEZ ST
3. Bear LEFT at first fork in the road towards center of campus
4. Turn RIGHT on CAMPUS DR
5. Turn RIGHT into GALVEZ FIELD EVENT PARKING and park
6. Walk across CAMPUS DR and the ALUMNI CENTER is on the RIGHT side of GALVEZ ST
From Highway 280 North & South
1. Take the ALPINE ROAD EXIT east toward Stanford
2. Turn RIGHT on JUNIPERO SERRA BLVD
3. Continue on CAMPUS DRIVE EAST
4. Turn RIGHT into GALVEZ FIELD EVENT PARKING and park
5. Walk across CAMPUS DR and the ALUMNI CENTER is on the RIGHT side of GALVEZ ST
From El Camino Real
1. Exit EL CAMINIO REAL at EMBARCADERO AVE. Turn toward the hills (away from the center of Palo Alto).
2. As you enter Stanford EMBARCADERO RD becomes GALVEZ ST
3. Bear LEFT at first fork in the road towards center of campus
4. Turn RIGHT on CAMPUS DR
5. Turn RIGHT into GALVEZ FIELD EVENT PARKING and park
6. Walk across CAMPUS DR and the ALUMNI CENTER is on the RIGHT side of GALVEZ ST
Parking
Free parking is available for all conference attendees across the street from the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center at Galvez Field. Look for directional signs on Campus Drive and Galvez Street.
Galvez Field is a large, dirt lot at the corner of Galvez Street and Campus Drive.
Do I need a car?
If you’re staying at one of the hotels we’ve recommended, you don’t need to have a car. The conference does not provide a shuttle but there are other easy options. Find your hotel on the accommodations page for some pointers on how to get to the Alumni Center on campus. From each of the hotels, you can walk and/or take the Stanford Marguerite free shuttle.
